The Role

Overview

Lead and manage oncology clinical trials from start-up to closeout.

Tasks

-Attend leadership meetings and represent the organization internally and externally. -Plan feasibility studies and manage data and biological specimens. -Train and supervise research staff and oversee clinical trial operations. -Conduct clinical trials from startup to closeout independently. -Oversee research operations within a division or department and provide expert consulting. -Develop and contribute to standard operating procedures and processes. -Ensure study procedures adhere to protocols and regulations. -Prepare for monitoring visits and regulatory and IRB document preparation. -Coordinate protocols, including screening, recruiting, enrolling, and consenting.

What You Bring

-3 years as a Clinical Research Coordinator with a Master's Degree or 5 years with a Bachelor's Degree. -Bachelor of Science and 5+ years of clinical research coordinator experience or 3 years with a Master's Degree. -Oncology experience preferred. -Oncology or complex drug study experience. -Experience in training and mentoring incoming staff. -Experience training and mentoring staff. -Project management and clinical development skills. -Experience in clinical trial and oncology. -Patient recruitment and clinical research experience.
