Assist in estimating construction project costs and support tender processes

Tasks
-Build and retain commercial relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors during the tender and fulfilment process -Supporting the winning of contracts by estimating costs for tenders, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, and supporting value engineering -Estimate costs in order to meet or exceed customer requirements, including obtaining and negotiating quotes. -Establish and plan the requirements for internal and external resources, in particular identifying and coordinating suppliers and subcontractors -Assist in the process of assessing, preparing, validating, adjudication and final submission. This includes minimising subcontractor and material costs, communicating with design, planning, commercial and bid management functions.
