What You Bring

-Should be willing to work outside normal work hours if required by project schedule -Good knowledge of Indian codes and standards along with international codes such as ACI, BS and EURO Codes is required. -About 15 to 20 years of experience after graduation/post-graduation in a project management/client management/ team leader role -A bachelor’s degree in civil or related engineering is essential -Demonstrated ability to leads functional teams -Resource planning skills -Track record in design leadership for large-scale port projects (terminals, breakwaters, dredging, offshore structures) -Good communicator/collaborator. -Master’s degree with specialisation in related engineering field will be preferred -Good knowledge of written and spoken English is necessary. -Good business development and client management skills -Good communication skills are must. -Should have awareness of individual capability limitations and technical competence. -Working with multidisciplinary teams and experience in delivering global projects.
