Tasks

-Oversee all field operations from preconstruction through project closeout for assigned projects. -Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and schedule requirements. -Foster positive relationships with owners, school districts, and public agencies. -Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve field issues and maintain progress. -Maintain accurate documentation, daily reports, and as-built records. -Lead and mentor field staff, including superintendents, foremen, and trades. -Participate in preconstruction planning and constructability reviews. -Manage day-to-day site activities, including scheduling, sequencing, manpower, and logistics.

The ideal candidate is a proven leader who can manage large project teams, uphold the highest safety and quality standards, and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and design partners. -Strong knowledge of DSA processes, state and local building codes, and public contracting requirements. -Ability to manage multiple projects and teams concurrently. -Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project). -Proven track record managing ground-up and modernization projects within K-12 or public works sectors. -Minimum 10+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent role. -OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain). -Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
