Tasks

-Process cash and credit card payments and returns. -Order and maintain inventory of branch office supplies. -Maintain invoicing and purchase order system for vendor payments. -Greet all customers and answer incoming calls in a polite and timely fashion. -Perform related duties as assigned to deliver exceptional customer experience. -Answer inquiries about Milton CAT. -Perform Cash reconciliation and communicate with Finance department. -Create sales orders for miscellaneous parts and novelties. -Maintain accurate inventory levels of CAT merchandise and apparel.

What You Bring

-Proficient in the use of a computer and related software (Word, Excel, Etc.). -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment. -Excellent organizational skills. -High school diploma or (GED) equivalent, with college or trade school preferred. -Ability to work with minimal supervision. -Previous experience as a receptionist/administrative assistant desired. -Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations. -Strong problem-solving skills and be detail orientated with a high level of accuracy.
