Tasks

Internally, you’ll drive communications that connect our people and reinforce a shared culture across diverse teams and locations. Whether supporting strategic initiatives or day-to-day messaging, you’ll ensure our workforce is informed, engaged, and aligned with our group’s vision and values. As Group Head of Marketing & Communications, you’ll play a central role in shaping how the nexos Group presents itself across our diverse industry sectors, as well as to our own team. You’ll lead the development of high-quality marketing content in partnership with external agencies and internal stakeholders, ensuring our capabilities are clearly articulated and consistently represented across all channels. From bid support and digital presence to thought leadership and brand storytelling, you’ll help us show up with clarity, professionalism, and purpose.
