Overview

Administers tender processes and supports bid team for water hygiene services.

Tasks

-Complete standard questionnaires using approved company data -Upload required attachments, including quality and pricing documents -Assist the Bid Manager with data collation, library searches, and information gathering -Ensure CRM is updated with relevant sales lead information -Track and report on tender performance metrics -Set up tender files and manage return documentation -Maintain and update the tender planner with new opportunities, deadlines, and action plans -Complete pre-qualification checks and liaise with business leaders for go/no-go decisions -Log and track tender queries, ensuring timely responses are shared with the bid team -Notify bid teams of new documents and updates -Create and maintain tender folders with proper version control -Search and identify tenders that align with IWS Water Hygiene’s business profile -Monitor tender inboxes and communicate updates to the bid team

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel -Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously -Experience in a technical service industry (preferred but not essential) -Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to produce persuasive content -Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
