The Role

Overview

Coordinate service calls, scheduling, job tracking, invoicing and contracts for energy systems.

Tasks

-Meet regularly with the service operations team to review priorities -Schedule preventative maintenance and repairs with customers -Provide guidance and mentorship to Service Coordinator I team members -Manage open work orders, including updating customer portals as needed -Create jobs, answer incoming service calls, and assist with technician scheduling & dispatching -Provide support to other Service departmental roles as needed -Track jobs through completion and ensure proper invoicing of completed work -Process new contracts and renewals in the company’s electronic management system -Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (every 4–5 weeks) to handle emergency calls

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field -Exposure to industry-leading tools, systems, and service practices -Experience in a dynamic, customer-focused environment with opportunities to expand your skills -Basic math skills for percentages, multipliers, sales tax, and totals on orders -Interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external customers -Degree in Diesel Technology or related discipline -2 years of administrative experience in a service-related business -Ability to interpret schematic and service documentation -High School Diploma or GED -Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure -4+ years of scheduling field technicians and/or customer service -Working knowledge of business enterprise systems (e.g., FieldServio, SAP) -Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks -Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) -4+ years of administrative experience in a service-related business
