Conduct and manage sensory and consumer testing for food‑pharma products.

Tasks
-Manage products under test, including procurement, storage, and disposal. -Summarize and report results as necessary. -Administer sensory and consumer tests following the instructions of the Sensory Specialist/Scientist and Sr Technician, adhering to best practices. -Participate in informal tastings to provide guidance as needed. -Schedule, plan, and execute informal tastings, including product preparation, ballot development, and reporting. -Assist in the training and management of sensory panels, screening, training, and monitoring performance of both internal and external panels. -Maintain records of external panel attendance and performance, and manage panels' information. -Contribute to checking panel data and building results reports. -Assist in analysis and reporting of sensory results using sensory software for data acquisition and analysis. -Oversee all acuity testing requirements for discrimination panel recruitment, including onboarding, lab orientation, lab set-up, and maintaining records of attendance and performance.

What You Bring
-Bachelor's degree in sciences, preferably in Food Science. -Computer literacy, including MS-Office and dedicated sensory software. -Experience in sensory testing and laboratory management. -Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. -Experience in sensory laboratory management is a plus. -Core knowledge of sensory evaluation methodologies, procedures, and processes. -Proficiency in safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Good Laboratory Practices. -Proficiency in local language and basic level of English (written and oral).
