Overview
Supports HSE initiatives, conducts inspections, and assists with safety on construction sites.

Tasks
-Assist employees and crews in the planning, recognition, evaluation, and mediation of risk through the PTP process. -Support the needs of the Project HSE Department. -Communicate effectively and regularly with Nox personnel and trade partners, visitors, and vendors. -Build knowledge and understanding of applicable legislative, client, and Nox policies and procedures applicable to the project. -Support the project’s HSE initiatives and programs. -Engage in site and crew meetings. -We reserve the right to continually monitor your ability to safely and successfully complete these inherent physical responsibilities and take action as deemed appropriate in accordance to the Americans with Disability Act (ADA) -Support and conduct jobsite inspections to identify and initiate corrective actions and document observed safe and unsafe work practices or conditions. -Provide first aid as necessary and to the limits of training and ability. -Potentially operate a motor vehicle, crane, tractor, etc. -Spend 90% of time in the field and/or supporting field operations. -Participate in the incident investigation and causal analysis processes.

What You Bring
-Potentially need to do repeated pushing, pulling, carrying, reaching (or working above shoulder), walking, standing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, bending, and climbing -High level of integrity for reporting incidents and events, as well as upholding company policy, personal activities, etc. -High school diploma or GED. -NFPA 70E trained. -Good written and verbal communication (includes use of proper grammar, spelling, etc.). -Ability to complete basic safety-related tasks with little direction after initial assignment. -Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint -Ability to objectively audit compliance in the workplace. -Current training in FA/CPR/AED. -Able to work in extreme weather conditions and elements, indoor or outdoor, including heat, cold, rain, mud, dust, and snow depending on the job location. -Ability to work from various heights via ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and other safe work platforms and area. -Ability to interact with both craft and supervisory employees. -OSHA 30 Hour for Construction, STS-C, or NCCER Field Safety. -3+ years of construction field/craft experience. -Ability to support and enforce field in compliance with policy, standards, regs, etc. in a professional manner. -Able to work a 40-hour work week, with overtime and off-hour shifts as required. -Ability to lift 50 pounds, unassisted, frequently throughout the day. -Potentially lift up to 50 pounds -Ability to understand HSE plans, standards, etc. -Understanding of basic construction work practices.
