-Building friendly, respectful relationships with residents and understanding their unique needs -Supporting infection control measures and health and safety procedures -Laundering, folding and returning residents’ clothing and linens with care and attention -Ensuring high-quality cleaning across resident rooms, bathrooms, communal areas, laundry, and kitchen facilities -Labelling, mending and maintaining residents' personal laundry items
