-Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to tendering systems and processes. -Manage the e-tendering platform and oversee the centralised “Tenderbox” mailbox to ensure all communications and documentation are handled efficiently. -Deliver high-quality administrative support within the Tender Team, consistently meeting (and exceeding) expectations of internal and external stakeholders. -Lead the successful preparation and submission of tenders for Corrections and Justice projects, ensuring compliance with Government Procurement Rules and timely delivery within key performance indicators.
-Proven experience in procurement within a construction or infrastructure environment. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. -The ability to pass a Police Check (required for this role). -Strong administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail. -Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and deadlines. -A confident, friendly, and professional approach to communication and collaboration.
