Maintenance Technician

Assist maintenance manager with repairs, inspections, and team leadership

Tasks

-Provide emergency and on-call maintenance support as needed. -Assist the Maintenance Manager in daily operations. -Support the team with other duties as needed to maintain resident satisfaction and property standards. -Perform maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and exterior structures. -Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to keep equipment, tools, and common areas in top condition. -Complete resident work orders promptly, ensuring quality service and adherence to the 24- and 48- hour guarantees where applicable. -Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by completing repairs, cleaning, and ensuring all features are in working order per our Total Quality Make Ready (TQMR) program as needed.

What You Bring

-Ability to work flexible schedules, including participation in an on-call rotation. -Strong organizational and time-management skills. -Strong leadership and communication skills. -HVAC certification required; CPO certification preferred. -Proven experience in multifamily property maintenance, facilities management, or a related field. -Work independently while following company standards, demonstrating attention to detail, and maintaining a commitment to resident satisfaction.
