The Role

Overview

Perform on‑site service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ABB switchgear and relays.

Tasks

-Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer’s operations and eliminate pain points. -Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities. -Troubleshooting equipment/process failures, requesting proactive corrective actions, and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future. -Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products.

What You Bring

-Possess an enhanced knowledge of ABB Relays (REF615 / REF630 / RET625) -Degree in Electrical engineering -You are at ease communicating in English -You are engaged in service function in switchgear industry -You have 3 to 5 years of experience in Service, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of ABB Switchgears & Relays
