What You Bring

-Must have the ability to keep up with high volume in a fast-moving environment -Detail oriented, organized, ability to manage multiple tasks -Must have the ability to lift 35 lbs, as requested -Must meet Takt time -Must currently be working at Trane through Select Staffing or Valiant Staffing. -Completion of basic Safety Orientation and Crane Training -Ability to learn more than 1 station -Must possess basic math skills, understanding of decimals and fractions for measurement -Ability to read and write English for assembly directions, Work Order packets and safety instructions -Ability to work in a team setting and demonstrate a positive work attitude -Good verbal communication and excellent analytical/problem solving skills
