The Role

Overview

Manage, assemble, move, and maintain office furniture and workstations.

Tasks

-Works with relevant stakeholders to ensure furniture-related projects are completed on a timely basis. -Responds quickly to client requests. -Hangs pictures, whiteboard and other items on the wall. -Responsible for the reset, cut and audit of locks and lockers. -Keeps inventory of locks. -Performs inspections on furnishings. -Review of furniture for disposal and waste diversion. -Builds, dismantles and re-configs workstations. -Responsible for meeting and event setups as required by the Client. -Assembles, disassembles. Moves, installs and sets up furniture, including replacement of locks. -Troubleshoots and completes repairs as required.

What You Bring

-Ability to follow work plans and to execute move-related projects. -Organizational and time management skills. -Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously. -Software proficiencies related to the assignment – Microsoft Excel, Work, Outlook, etc. -Ability to lift, move, set up, and install furniture and office equipment. -Basic comprehension assembly techniques for systems furniture. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
