Tasks

-Attends and presents at conferences, symposia, etc. to improve the technical luminescence and visibility of the firm's products and services in collaboration with PLs, DLs, and sales staff. -Performs and coordinates with designated SMEs for quality checking of designs for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Ensures that firm policies and practices are followed on all designs. -Collaborates with the Water Reclamation Practice Leader and sales staff to support proposals in response to requests for Proposals (RFPs). Reviews draft proposals for adherence to firm, industry, state, local and federal regulations, and best practices. Meets with current and potential future clients as needed to review their current and future design needs. -Provides guidance and coordinates with SMEs on the delivery of wastewater treatment projects. This includes coordination with regional team leaders (RTLs) on project staffing needs. -Provides technical guidance and training to senior, mid-level and junior staff as needed. Mentors staff and develop them for future growth within the discipline and firm. Supervises the work of engineers on project work and delegates as necessary to SMEs.
