  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Familiarity with construction and infrastructure industry standards and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Understanding of international procurement standards and practices
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven experience in roads operations and maintenance (O&M) procurement
  • Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
  • Willingness to adapt to the local work culture in Doha, Qatar
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
