Completes pre-site inspections and review of engineered drawings

Make troubleshooting calls to demonstrate equipment and provide customers with safety solutions of proper use of motorized equipment, procedures, operating methods, safety checks, and emergency recovery procedures.
Responsible for the efficient management of labor and materials at the branch.
Executes work according to bid, safely and with high quality and profitability
Record proper documentation of all activities.
Manages scope of work modifications and change orders
At times does field take-offs to determine scope of work and other conditions that will aid sales with proposal preparation
Performs diligent safety inspections of all motorized installations in accordance with company, manufacturer and local govermental safety guidelines.
Continuously improves processes for more effective and efficient outcomes
Preparation and planning of bill of materials and equipment availability per job

Experience with all aspects of suspended access.
Secondary Education – Diploma or Degree
Previous supervisory experience.
Ability to work in construction areas in high elevation (up to 100 stories above ground).
Related vocational training and/or four years of related experience.
Work well under short time constraints.
Must be able to lift-up to 75 lbs. and carry counterweights for extended periods of time (up to 15 minutes) several times during one shift.
Have an in-depth knowledge of construction techniques.
Ability to pivot easily from one task or idea to another.
Strong leadership and technical skills.
Competent Person Training (CPT)
Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
Good verbal and written communication skills required (including reading and writing).
Minimum 5 years prior industry experience working with suspended scaffolding equipment.
