Manage resident services, events, inspections, and admin tasks.

Tasks

-Record and track all resident correspondence in Yardi -Complete weekly property inspections with a focus on resident balconies/patios and amenities -Prepare renewal letters for delivery to residents -Assist with in-house transfers, adding/removing roommates, and lease renewals -Ensure adherence to federal and state Fair Housing Laws and company policies -Inspect apartments as needed to maintain property standards -Assist the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager with property-related tasks -Respond to resident feedback within 24 hours via the Resident Feedback system on mprop.net -Maintain accurate resident files, including renewals, resident retention programs, and lease changes -Provide input on setting the agenda for weekly and monthly staff meetings -Assist Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager with paperwork flow and verifications -Plan and organize resident events to foster community engagement

What You Bring

-Proficiency in software applications, smartphones, and reporting/analysis tools -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills -Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or 3-5 years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience -Sales and/or customer service training -Skilled in understanding and addressing resident concerns with care and professionalism -Strong ability to foster positive relationships with residents and colleagues, creating an open and supportive environment
