Tasks

-Serve as primary point of contact for clients, building managers, and internal leadership -Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, company safety standards, and warranty guidelines -Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality from start to finish -Mentor and develop crew members to strengthen performance and consistency -Inspect, diagnose, and guide repairs on TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, Modified Bitumen, and Metal roofs -Lead and manage a service crew on large-scale repair and maintenance projects

What You Bring

-Strong technical knowledge of low-slope roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, Modified, Metal) -Ability to travel as required -Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills -5+ years of commercial roofing experience; 2+ years in a supervisory role -Familiarity with manufacturer specifications and warranty compliance -Valid driver's license and professional references
