The Role

Overview

Coordinate audits, certifications, and related logistics for customers.

Tasks

-Produce reports. -Manage customer audit records through all stages of set up, review and certification process. -Support the management of customer concession requests and annual production quantities. -Issue test reports to customers. -Manage testing sample selections and liaise with customers and laboratories to ensure timely and compliant processes. -Maintain effective communication with auditors to optimise scheduling, travel, and overall service delivery. -Maintain certification statuses (standby, suspension, withdrawal). -Prepare and issue a variety of certificates, while maintaining accurate records. -Schedule and arrange customer audit visits. Including arranging flights, visas, accommodation, and transport as appropriate. -Support accreditation and regulatory body audits.

What You Bring

-Ability to work independently and achieve set targets. -Relevant experience of balancing the needs of customers, shareholders and colleagues. -Proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels. -Understanding/Experience of working within the scope of Accreditations ISO 17065:2012 and ISO 17021:2015 is advantageous. -Excellent planning and organisational skills.
