Senior Interface and integration Manager

Tasks

-Ensure integration of design, construction, and operational requirements across packages. -Lead interface coordination meetings and workshops to resolve conflicts and align deliverables. -Collaborate with design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment. -Plan the staffing needs to enure seemless inteface and integration management -Maintain interface registers and integration dashboards to track progress and dependencies. -Develop and implement interface and integration strategies across all project phases. -Monitor interface risks and develop mitigation plans to avoid delays or scope gaps. -Report regularly to senior leadership on interface status, risks, and resolution strategies. -Identify, document, and manage technical and operational interfaces between disciplines, contractors, and stakeholders. -Support change management processes and assess impact of design or schedule changes on interfaces.

What You Bring

-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities -Familiarity with systems engineering, BIM, and digital collaboration platforms. -Strong understanding of project lifecycle, stakeholder engagement, and risk management. -Excellent coordination and communication skills -Requires a bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 15-20 years of relevant experience -Proficiency in interface management tools and techniques -Proven experience managing interfaces across civil, structural, MEP, ICT, and operational systems. -Ability to manage complexity and drive cross-functional collaboration -Strategic thinking and systems integration mindset
