Create, coordinate, and detail BIM models and drawings for engineering projects.

Tasks

-Manage and distribute coordinated digital documents to the project team. -Perform modeling, coordination, and detailing at the direction of the Project Lead. -Obtain, organize, and distribute base models, point cloud scans, and relevant files. -Perform tracing of point cloud scans to provide clashable models. -Produce accurate and quality models, drawings, and details within the allotted project schedule. -Create Revit families in response to project needs. -Create fabrication and installation spool drawings for the shop and field.

What You Bring

-Proficient in reading and understanding construction design drawings. -Proficient with Revit, Navisworks, and/or other comparable 3-D modeling or CAD software preferred. -Proficient with Bluebeam Revu -1-3 years of experience modeling or detailing work recommended. -High School diploma or GED required. Associate’s in drafting, design, or related field recommended. -Must have the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in English -Proficient with Office 365 suite of products.
