Division 10/12 Project Manager

Overview

Manage planning, coordination, and execution of Division 10/12 specialty construction projects.

Tasks

-Ensure accurate understanding of project requirements and compliance with design intent. -Conduct professional presentations to communicate project progress, milestones, and achievements. -Work closely with superintendents to determine project staffing requirements. -Coordinate the allocation of resources and workforce to efficiently execute specialty projects. -Thoroughly analyze and interpret architectural blueprints and specifications related to Division 10/12 specialties. -Foster positive customer relationships through occasional entertainment events, such as dinners, or outings, to enhance customer satisfaction. -Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to procure high-quality materials in accordance with project specifications. -Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to optimize project timelines. -Regularly engage with customers to provide project updates and address any concerns. -Facilitate the timely preparation and submission of submittals for specialty products. -Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and completion of specialty work. -Collaborate with the estimating team to establish budgets for specialty projects. -Monitor project expenses and costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
