The Role

Overview

Manage FM helpdesk team, oversee service requests, ensure KPIs and customer service.

Tasks

-Management of site visits confirmations, associated paperwork and administration duties -Assist in the end to end onboarding of new and existing third party contractors -Oversee and ensure job information is captured accurately and the correct priority is assigned to a service requests based on health & safety, business impact and customer expectation. -Ensuring issues are dealt with effectively, and in a timely and professional manner -Manage PPM schedules, contractors, onboarding, PO’s, invoice queries, enquiries and updates -Manage the logging, allocation and updating of reactive service requests assigned to our contractor supply chain -Provide excellent level of customer service when managing the workflow of requests and enquiries -Acting as a point of escalation for both Reactive and PPM requests across the estate -Manage a remote team of FM Helpdesk Administrators, including overseeing the workflow to meet KPI and demands of the business -Assisting the Facilities Manager in coordinating the day-to-day administrative resources for the offshore team.

What You Bring

-Ability to communicate effectively with managers at all organisational levels -Ability to effectively prioritise tasks especially when under pressure -Excellent communication skills -Experience in a front-line customer service role -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Experience in a team lead role in an FM or Contact Centre Environment -Facilities experience or transferable skills desirable
