Learn residential construction management, assist CM, handle inspections & QA
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Install and maintain tub signs -Call in inspections -Install replacements for damaged window sashes and screens. repair damaged exterior doors and interior woodwork -Request to schedule changes to Area Construction Manager -Repair minor silt fence, tub, cabinet, vinyl window, minor cracks in drives and walks as needed -Change furnace filters and platforms -Oversee the community in Construction Manager’s absence: -Sign off on deliveries -Meet with County/City Inspectors
