Tasks
The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing electrical projects while collaborating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery. -Coordinate with general contractors, clients, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution. -Work on diverse and high-profile commercial and multifamily projects. -Review drawings, submittals, and change orders to ensure accuracy and compliance. -Lead project teams, including foremen, engineers, and field staff. -Manage and oversee electrical construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. -Monitor project performance to meet quality, safety, and schedule goals. -Ensure all projects are executed in compliance with company standards, client expectations, and applicable codes. -Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members. -Collaborate with a strong leadership team and skilled project staff.

We’re representing a well-established MEP firm in the Cincinnati area seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead and manage electrical construction projects across commercial and multifamily developments. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical construction professional to oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring quality, safety, and profitability. -Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. -Proficient in reading electrical drawings, specifications, and design documents. -4+ years of experience in electrical construction, including project management on commercial and multifamily projects. -Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. -Experience with project management software and scheduling tools a plus. -Strong understanding of low voltage, high voltage, and power distribution systems.
