Overview

Develop and maintain Azure/Power BI BI solutions, data pipelines, and dashboards.

Tasks

-Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions -Contribute to the establishment and growth of the BI practice within CIMA+ -Collaborate with ERP, application, and IT teams to integrate internal and external data sources -Document functional and technical specifications, data models, test cases, and BI environment configurations -Contribute to defining and applying BI best practices (security, performance, modeling, deployment) -Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all BI solutions -Analyze business needs with stakeholders and translate them into robust, scalable technology solutions -Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, ETL/ELTL processes, and data lakes and warehouses (Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Data Warehouse) -Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to operational and strategic needs -Stay up to date on new developments within the Azure, Power BI, and related ecosystems

What You Bring

-Autonomy, rigor, curiosity, and ability to learn new technologies -Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI (datasets, DAX, semantic modeling, performance optimization) -Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in an enterprise BI environment -Strong knowledge of Azure ecosystem tools (Synapse Analytics, SQL Database, Data Lake, DevOps) -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent -Bilingualism in French and English (oral and written) required to communicate effectively with colleagues across CIMA+ offices throughout Canada -Experience in data modeling (star, snowflake) and ETL/ELTL development -Good understanding of business processes (finance, HR, projects, operations) -Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills -Collaborative mindset and clear communication skills with diverse audiences (IT, users, management) -Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data integration and transformation principles -Experience with Microsoft ERP systems (Customer Engagement / F&O) considered an asset
