Overview

Manage end‑to‑end commercial roofing projects from planning to completion.

Tasks

-Plan projects in advance to ensure all aspects of the project are allocated and scheduled accordingly. This includes but not limited to the following: -Constantly verify that safety guidelines are being met upon OSHA and company compliance standards. -Schedule and timelines; -Prepare and deliver various reports detailing the progress of each project to the company and customer. -Analyze project specifications from consulting/engineering firms. -Review aerial images of the roof to identify potential problems that may arise during the scope of the project. -Discussing budgets and current financial status of the project; -Negotiate contracts when unexpected changes occur along with renegotiating contracts with contractors and subcontractors. -Communicate with staff, supervisors, and other parties about current projects. This includes but not limited to the following: -Drafting contracts for subcontractors and vendors -Review estimates in google excel and ask questions to the project estimator as needed. -Ensure quality work is being implemented upon company/industry standards; -Work with project estimators to review estimates and analyze the scope of each project along with determining what material is needed. This includes but not limited to the following: -Manage crews and subcontractors. This includes but not limited to the following: -Ensure the written specifications are being implemented; -Manage issues/problems that may arise during the project;

-5+ Years of Work Experience in the Commercial Roofing industry -Bi-Lingual is a plus -PVC, TPO, Modified Bitumen, and Asphalt Shingles -Familiar with Details and Requirements related to the installation of the following roof systems:
