Overview
Oversee quality improvement, infection control, and risk management in senior living.
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Monitor residents within state licensure regulations; may supervise and direct resident assistants, where allowed by state licensure regulations. -Plans, implements, evaluates, and directs the facility’s risk management programs and activities. Investigates all allegations of misconduct; notifies appropriate personnel and reports findings to the Administrator. -Assists in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment in the best interest of residents -Documents and reviews medication and treatment sheets for accuracy and compliance with physician orders, professional standards, federal and state regulations and company policies. Monitors responses to treatment plans. -Oversees the Infection Control Program of the facility -Directs and coordinates all in-service educational programs of the facility in accordance with regulations. -Plans and organizes quality control programs and activities.

What You Bring
-One year of full-time nursing experience -Proficient in MS Office with strong MS Excel skills -Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check -Have a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent -Strong customer service skills -Have a valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida
