The Role

Overview

Perform radiographic NDT inspections of piping, tanks, vessels and evaluate results.

Tasks

-Train RT assistant, run the film and grade the film per specific procedures directed by the customer. -Perform piping/vessel inspections in a lay down yard (Fab Shop) using Radiography and report findings. -Organize and report the results of NDT tests. -Generate NDT data, organize data, and report findings. Evaluate data for disposition. -Perform to set up and calibrate equipment and interpret and evaluate results with respect to applicable codes, standards, and specifications.

What You Bring

-Certified Level II CR (training and OJT hours) -Must Have current TWIC card -Must be able to pass DISA background and drug/alcohol screening -High school diploma or GED -Be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the methods for which qualified and exercise assigned responsibility for on-the-job-training and guidance of trainees and NDT level I personnel. -Must possess State (TX) Industrial Radiographer’s Card -Must possess a 40-hour Radiation Safety Course certificate of completion. -Must have current and valid Driver’s License and clean driving record -Schedule: 4/10's Mon-Fri with available OT
