Tasks

-Maintain strong client and vendor relationships throughout each project -Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets -Coordinate crews to ensure safety, timeliness, and budget compliance -Supervise foremen and installation teams on-site -Oversee commercial plumbing projects from start to finish -Ensure project deadlines and schedules are met while maintaining client satisfaction -Analyze bid data for cost assessments -Oversee on-site quality control -Maintain vendor, contractor, and client relationships -Read and troubleshoot from diagrams and blueprints

What You Bring

-Knowledge of state and local codes -Ability to interpret blueprints and diagrams -Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment -Strong knowledge of plumbing and hydronic systems. -Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record -Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills -Experience in overseeing projects and leading foremen/teams -MS Office proficiency, including Excel -Procore experience is preferred -Minimum of 7 years of commercial plumbing field experience required -Dependable, driven, organized, and detail-oriented
