Tasks
Lead and deliver above-ground public health design solutions, including hot and cold water services, waste, drainage, showers, gyms, and tea points. Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and efficient design solutions. Prepare detailed designs, drawings, and specifications using Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam. Review technical documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Participate in company and individual performance-based bonus schemes. What You Bring
Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and industry standards. Experience working on commercial fit-out and mixed-use projects. Work across office fit-outs and commercial developments, with additional experience in residential schemes advantageous. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Typically 3-4 days per week in the office, with flexibility to adjust as needed. Proven experience in public health design within a consultancy environment. Degree or HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or similar.
