Tasks

-Manage positions and maintain market oversight. -Execute trades to optimise book value and originate contracts to drive revenue. -Lead an Analyst, oversee marketing efforts, and represent the company at industry events. -Conduct market analysis and support Origination and Structured Trading teams. -Build and sustain relationships with wholesale customers and corporate clients.

What You Bring

We are partnered on exciting opportunity for an experienced Power Trader within a large European Utility. This role focuses on Trading and Structuring transactions with corporate, wholesale and industrial clients, collaborating with a global team across the UK & Europe. -Established network in European energy markets and expertise in the full deal lifecycle. -Ability to analyse market trends and develop commercial strategies. -Deep knowledge of the renewable energy sector, including regulations and market fundamentals. -Strong background in marketing commodity products to corporate clients. -Experience in trading Gas, Power, Energy Attribute Certificates, and/or Carbon Emissions Reduction Certificates.
