Tasks

-Coordinate and work closely with wider teams of architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to propose integrated wayfinding design solutions that meet clients’ requirements. -Create compelling narratives and presentations to effectively communicate strategy and design proposals to clients and project stakeholders. -Manage project schedules, resources, and workflow to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design deliverables. -Lead the conceptualization, design development, and implementation of wayfinding projects from inception to completion. -Provide mentorship and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and collaboration. -Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in wayfinding design, and incorporate relevant advancements into project deliverables. -Develop creative direction and execution of wayfinding, signage, and placemaking projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, urban design, graphic design, or related field. -Strong creative and conceptualization skills, with the ability to utilize robust expertise in urban planning and interior design to develop and illustrate comprehensive wayfinding strategies and presentations. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. -Willingness to travel globally as required to support project needs and client engagements. -Robust design portfolio and proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex wayfinding projects from concept to completion. -Strong understanding of materials, and fabrication techniques. detailed design drawings and specifications. -Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in wayfinding design, signage, and environmental graphics on various project typologies including masterplans, luxury hospitality, residential, mixed used, retail, commercial, entertainment, healthcare and education -Extensive understanding of local regulations, codes, and standards governing wayfinding and architecture projects in the Middle East. -Demonstrate expertise in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, AI Tools, 3DS Max and SketchUp to create conceptual designs, sketches, and illustrations. -Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India. -Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders. -Expertise in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, AI Tools, 3DS Max and SketchUp and AutoCAD.
