Tasks

-Participation of FAT, SAT, commissioning, pre-commissioning. -Coordinate for the preparation of as built. -Participate HAZOP, SIL Study for the design has been carried out in accordance to the requirements. -Develop and review piping system designs for offshore platforms (FPSOs, fixed platforms etc.). -Responsible to ensure approval of all submitted documents and drawings and necessary coordination with Client. -Prepare / review the design outputs in the form of design computations, drawings and specification. -Prepare technical specifications, datasheets, and requisitions for piping materials and valves. -Ensure verification of source data, concept & FEED drawings / concepts as required. -To assist engineers / Design manager / Discipline Manager for the engineering design of the project. -Responsible to ensure unclear issues are resolved with Client through technical query in coordination with inter discipline leads, managers. -Ensure compliance with relevant international codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO). -In coordination with procurement department, ensure that procurement inputs required for design has been obtained from vendor and forwarded to the design subcontractor. -Prepare piping layout, isometrics, and support designs using 3D modeling tools (e.g., PDMS, E3D, SP3D). -Review of design document, drawings, etc. issued by various disciplines, design subcontractor and ensure Client’s approval. -Overall responsible for inter-discipline coordination, submission of necessary design documents/ deliverables and procedures to the Client. -FEED and detailed Engineering deliverables in Brown field projects in Wellhead Towers, Process platforms and Islands where handling mechanical packages like chemical Injection packages, Biocide packages, Compressor Packages, Heater packages, Well Head Control Panel (WHCP), ESD/RTU panel, ICSS systems. -Review vendor documents and ensure compliance with project requirements. -Support offshore construction, installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities -Coordinate with other disciplines (process, structural, mechanical, instrumentation) for interface requirements. -Ensure compliance to Laws and Statutory Regulations, Authority, Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Requirements for the project.

What You Bring

-Minimum of 15 years relevant engineering experience in Piping competence in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Chemical Industries. -Fluent in English language, Arabic speaking would be an added advantage. -Meets with UAE visa requirements. -Strong understanding of piping materials, corrosion, insulation, and painting requirements. -Team player, smart-working, problem solver and can-do attitude -Engineering Graduate (BSc. or MSc.) -Minimum 8 years in a Senior Role. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -Must have worked in FEED and EPC projects and delivered to ADNOC Group of Companies.
