Dispatcher

Overview

Manage and dispatch service calls, assign technicians, and coordinate service operations.

Tasks

-Work with Service Managers to ensure preventative maintenance is completed on schedule. -Stay calm under pressure. -Work with Service Managers to address open calls. -On a daily basis, review all incomplete calls. -Create and distribute required reporting. -Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding missed SLAs. -Respond to inquiries. -Maintain entry and verify nightly “on call” crew. -Assign and dispatch technicians. -Prioritize calls (incoming and backlog).
