Tasks

This is a key role on a variety of civil, water, and infrastructure developments, where you’ll be instrumental in delivering high-quality results on schedule and within budget. Design Build Search seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to our client's civil engineering team operating across the Midlands. -Manage and coordinate day-to-day site operations -Support strong communication between site teams and project managers -Keep detailed records including timesheets, supplier logs, and safety documentation -Uphold strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations -Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively -Oversee civil and groundworks teams on-site -Ensure project timelines, goals, and quality standards are met
