Tasks

-Complete Construction assignments to meet customer response time objectives -Review jobs with Project Manager and Construction Manager -Provide and ensure a high quality of workmanship is achieved, to meet customer expectations -Maintain and ensure all company equipment is in a good working standing -Provide excellent communication to Customers and Teammates -Complete and submit paperwork as they are completed from the job site -Perform as onsite working leader and point of contact for high priority and sensitive issues -Obtain / Maintain or possess / maintain certifications -Complete onsite safety evaluations to ensure assignments are being completed safely -Review reports to ensure a high-level team performance is attained -Issue input to Team and Supervisor on ideas of how to obtain a higher level of performance

What You Bring

-Physical Requirements: Ability to repetitively lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 pounds, frequent bending, stooping, standing 8-10 hours per day. -Able to safely operate industry specific tools and equipment -Must have a valid drivers license -Able to work in all weather conditions - significant portion of the work is done outdoors -Able to operate up to a 90-pound jack hammer throughout the workday -Able to successfully lead and mentor 4-6 Construction Crew Field Support -Willing to travel M-F as needed -Must be able to meet companys employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company -Highschool Diploma or GED required -Minimum of 5 years of direct Construction/Heavy Maintenance experience in the Petroleum Industry -Computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook -Must be a Team player with high standards for appearance and professionalism
