The Role
Overview
Lead HR Assistants, manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle, reporting and process improvement.

Tasks
-Drive continuous improvement, embedding digital tools, automation, and AI where appropriate. -Lead and develop a team of HR Assistants to ensure delivery of day to day objectives, project deliverables as well as on-going individual development. -Monitor and report on KPIs, SLAs, and HR service insights to support data-driven decision-making. -Manage the day-to-day administration of the end-to-end HR employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding and other transactional processes -Analyse employee data and produce statistical reports for the business -Provide project management support to the HR team managing projects throughout the year in line with the HR activity calendar -Act as a senior escalation point for HR issues, applying sound professional judgement. -Develop and maintain HR reporting and dashboards providing analysis about the data and what the metrics are saying -Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and external partners.

What You Bring
-Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. -Proven leadership within HR/ Shared Services / People Services -Experience of HRIS systems and reporting tools -Strong operational HR background -Excellent skills in prioritisation, SLA delivery, and managing conflicting demands. -Ability to manage high volumes of HR queries and inbox management. -Strong knowledge of UK employment law particularly right to work. -Proven track record in driving team performance and supporting change. -Ability to use HR metrics and insights to improve service delivery.
