Tasks

-use PDAs to guide injury prevention, claim management, and development of modified work opportunities. -Create reports including claims’ history and usage, lost time and industry premium ratings. -Partner with various teams to create, maintain and update comprehensive Physical Demand Analyses (PDAs) for all roles across the organization. -Support initiatives to reduce workplace injuries and associated costs. -Coordinate all Workers Compensation (WCB) claims for current and new claims, minimizing lost time, recovery and return to work. -Ensure confidentiality and compliance with privacy legislation. -Assist the EHS team with various projects. -Manage all return-to-work programs: -mitigate lost time by ensuring modified requirements are clearly outlined and adhered to throughout the program.
