Tasks

-Provides leadership and direction for other employees as needed. -Will rotate through the CO Asphalt and Paving to better and support in operations. -Will rotate through CO Asphalt and Paving services to better understand all aspects of the production process. These will include Environmetal, Finance, and Quality. -Ensures all activities are performed in accordance with the Company’s Mission, Vision, and Values, and in compliance with the Company’s policies, procedures, and Code of Ethical Business Conduct -Spend time learning the Plant operations. -Provides a high level of customer service by following established procedures and through personal actions.

What You Bring

-No prior full-time experience required. -Previous industry exposure or experience useful. -Familiarity and knowledge of mining and/or Asphalt or Paving industry. -Construction Documentation -Becomes familiar with the traits of high-performing managers in Martin Marietta. -Proficient computer skills (MS Word and Excel) needed. -Critical thinking -Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, or Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management or relevant degree and a valid driver’s license. -Becomes skilled at completing quality control tests. -No prior experience required -Individual must possess: the ability to learn technical processes, high-level verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment. -Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience -Adheres to and enforces prescribed ethics, safety and environmental measures. -Become skilled in Estimating and Project Management.
