Tasks

-Estimate labor and material requirements and determine an appropriate job sequence plan using a variety of estimating practices, standards and manuals including EPS manuals.

What You Bring

-Ability to work with potential subcontractors for site visits and bid purposes -Good knowledge of surveillance, inspection and testing procedures and techniques. -Scope writing -A valid driver’s license with good driving record is required -Working knowledge of basic computer application programs is required -Ability to inspect, evaluate, and report on all phases of Base Services Contract operations including maintenance of HVAC; Electrical; Boilers; Roofing; Carpentry; Pest Control; Grounds; Water and Sewage operations; Vehicle Maintenance -Must be able to successfully pass as required a federal, state, or local government's background investigation -Minimum 3 years of experience in construction and/or maintenance and/or one year of planning/estimating experience or equivalent training. -Ability to apply conventional engineering practices to develop, prepare or recommend schematics, designs, specifications, drawings and parts lists. -Knowledgeable about job site safety plans, systems, and procedures. Ability to evaluate craft performance is essential.
