Part‑time concierge delivering resident services and office support at a luxury multifamily property.

Tasks
-Regularly update the community's social media platforms with high-quality content showcasing the community lifestyle and promoting available units. -Prepare leasing materials such as brochures and floor plans for prospective residents. -Oversee the front desk, warmly greeting residents, guests, vendors, and contractors. -Manage the package room, ensuring accurate acceptance, resident notifications, and proper distribution. -Handle opening and closing procedures for the leasing office, ensuring readiness each day. -Engage with residents and prospective residents to enhance customer experience and resident retention. -Provide administrative support to the Property Manager as needed. -Route calls efficiently, schedule tours and appointments, and assist with general inquiries. -Provide community and amenity information, assist residents with key/gate card requests, and facilitate inquiries. -Offer refreshments to guests waiting to meet with a leasing consultant. -Daily opening and closing checklist completion -Oversee the weekly Sunday breakfast, including shopping, setup, and cleanup. -Develop in-depth knowledge of the community to provide recommendations for local dining and entertainment options. -Support the Senior Concierge, Resident Specialist, and Leasing Team in planning and executing resident events such as parties, movie nights, and special celebrations. -Maintain office cleanliness, restock coffee bars, and monitor office supplies. -Ensure model and vacant units are clean and ready for tours. -Assist with service requests by entering them into the system or guiding residents on self-submission. -Arrange small gestures for resident milestones, including birthdays, engagements, weddings, and losses.

What You Bring
-Strong communication and organizational skills. -Experience in property management or customer service is preferred. -Familiarity with social media platforms. -Basic understanding of maintenance coordination and lease management. -Package Management processing times (within 2 hours of delivery) -Call handling efficiency of 95% -Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. -Basic MS Office knowledge.
