Tasks

-Act as a Subject Matter Expert/Senior Advisor across business for all project delivery matters. -Lead the assembly, review and implementation of compliant Land Strategies. -Work collaboratively with other Savills teams (e.g. Land Referencing) to ensure deliverables. -Provide full land support to CPO process. -Drive the delivery of Land Programmes throughout the whole project lifecycle to ensure they are delivered safely, on time and to budget, meeting business & technical requirements. -Develop strong working relationships with internal and external partners. -Identify business development opportunities (both internally and externally). -Develop and lead a project delivery team according to agreed business targets. -Ensure effective client and stakeholder communications.
