Senior Project Finance Manager

Overview

Lead multi-year finance projects, internal controls, SOX, ERP and stakeholder alignment.

Tasks

-Designing and implementing internal controls over financial reporting, including accounting policy implementations, SOX, distributed controllership, process simplification and internal controls over IPP monitoring and risk. -Working with cross functional teams. -Serving as controllership experts on financial system and ERP implementations. -Handling communication with colleagues and business leaders about change of policy and implementation. -Presenting to leaders in the business solutions or functional area on functional discipline and business solutions. -Leading complex and multidisciplinary projects realizing major changes in the organization. Projects have a long term horizon ( 2- 3 years). Results will be visible after at least 2 years. -Advising management in the function and/or in the business.

What You Bring

-Have an Oracle experience is a must -Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects. -Have a previous experience in oil and gas company is preferred -Have a minimum of 10 additional years of experience in managing complex financial projects. -Established project management skills. -Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. -Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. -Having major influence on small business unit or Family within a Function or P&L -Have a Demonstated ability to analyze and resolve problems. -Have strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. -Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others.
