Tasks

-Collaborate with our graphic design team to originate visual supports for inclusion as necessary -Prepare content to include in bid submission: working with estimating team, design manager and graphic designer to compile a successful tender document. -Coordinate the different elements of the tender document by communicating with various contacts across the business to gather draft information for review by Bid Manager. -Post-submission, review and learn from the submission process to continuously improve processes and submissions -Stay up-to-date with proposal management tools and technologies to optimise efficiency and enhance the quality of proposals -Work with the Bid Manager to continuously update and improve this database to enhance the efficiency of future proposal development

What You Bring

-Ability to work on own initiative, proactive and committed to assignment completion -Excellent written communication, time management and organisational skills -3+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally a construction or engineering environment -Attention to detail even when working in a fast paced, demanding environment -Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams) is essential -Ability to effectively engage with diverse teams of senior individuals -Ability to work to deadlines and project demands to meet business needs. -Proficiency in InDesign is desirable but not essential
