Tasks

Reporting to the Asset and Lifecycle Manager, the Asset and Lifecycle Strategist will have a deep understanding of ISO55001 and SFG20 maintenance standards, and will be responsible for analysing asset and lifecycle data, preparing Condition and Asset reports including but not limited to Forward Maintenance Registers, Asset Registers and Annual Condition Reports, using PowerBI and SQL queries. -Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of asset management practices. Provide training and support on ISO55001 and SFG20 standards. -Compliance and Standards: Ensure all asset management activities comply with ISO55001 and SFG20 standards. Conduct regular audits and assessments. -Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in asset management. -Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance strategies based on data analysis to enhance asset reliability and efficiency. -Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to asset performance and lifecycle. Generate detailed reports with SQL to support decision-making processes, visualised in PowerBI. -Asset Management: Oversee the lifecycle of assets from acquisition to disposal, ensuring compliance with ISO55001 and SFG20 standards. -Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with asset management. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues. -Provide guidance to non-technical persons to support their decision making process.

What You Bring

-Experience with predictive maintenance and reliability engineering. -Ability to assess asset condition, report findings and solutions in a clear and concise way. -Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience -Excellent communication and collaboration skills. -Willingness to undertake non-Lifecycle and Asset Management related tasks as required to support the wider team (subject to any training or instruction required). -Knowledge of commercial requirements of contracts -In-depth knowledge of ISO55001 and SFG20 maintenance standards. -Ability to work on own and as part of a wider team -Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including SQL and preferably PowerBI. -Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. -Certification in asset management or related fields, or willingness to acheive certification. -Good verbal and written communication skills -Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
