Tasks
-Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to achieve significant sales growth. -Coordinate with Xcelerator partners to support repeatability and scaling of specific offerings. -Establish and manage a robust pipeline, lead pursuit teams, and negotiate strategic deals. -Architect and deliver innovative solutions leveraging Siemens portfolios, including Digital Industries, Advanta, and Xcelerator partners. -Develop and implement detailed strategies to bring leads through the sales process to contract negotiation and closure. -Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders, becoming a valued advisor. -Drive Siemens Xcelerator partner engagements consistent with key account plans and customer needs. -Drive opportunity management, demand generation, and rigorous forecasting to ensure solutions deliver quantifiable financial outcomes. -Serve as the primary Advanta executive for Siemens key accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and alignment across global structures. -Orchestrate specific value propositions while considering broader Siemens capabilities and competitor differentiation. -Coordinate across internal teams and strategic partners to ensure successful execution and scalable impact. -Create and maintain a viable pipeline developed from customer interactions for business planning. -Manage sales through forecasting, qualifications, account strategy, planning, cost estimation, and negotiation. -Represent Siemens as a thought leader in the Power & Utilities sector, engaging with industry associations and contributing to account planning. -Collaborate with solution design and specialty teams to develop compelling proposals and close high-impact projects. -Elevate discussions to the enterprise level, helping clients navigate Siemens’ complexity and unlock transformational value.

What You Bring
-Knowledge in Power Utility Transmission and Distribution planning, engineering, and operations business. -Existing relationships in the Power Utilities Industry Sales in the US Northeast region. -Ability to coordinate with Xcelerator partners and contribute to scalable, repeatable offerings. -Exceptional communication skills at all organizational levels, including written, oral, and presentation skills. -8+ years of experience of understanding of the Power & Utilities industry, including market dynamics and business drivers. -Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with an innate ability to influence a broad range of stakeholders and own decision-making. -8+ years of experience navigating diverse sales channels (direct, distributors, system integrators). -5+ years of experience in selling Cloud, SaaS, and professional services sales. -Experience in managing and collaborating with global product teams across multiple geographic locations and time zones. -Familiarity with Siemens Digital Industries, Smart Infrastructure, and Advanta portfolios. -8+ years of experience in business development, strategic account management, or enterprise sales with a strong track record of exceeding targets. -Experience developing and executing complex opportunity strategies across ecosystems. -Authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future. -Entrepreneurial mindset with a high sense of urgency. -Expertise in digital transformation, automation, and enterprise-level solution selling. -Experience and appreciation for digital transformation strategies, cloud and SaaS technologies, and their applicability in Power Utilities. -Willingness and ability to travel up to 50-70%. -Exceptional executive presence, communication, and collaboration skills. -Understanding of how to engage with IOUs, larger municipalities, and cooperative utilities. -Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

-The pay range for this position is $122,951-$210,773, and the annual incentive target is 35% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
